Do you charge any additional fees or premiums for the services / policies you offer?
Yes we are a fee based service and our rates depend on the services rendered. Because we do not sell or place insurance, we free up our time so we can can focus our time solely on risk management.
What service do you offer that my current insurance provider does not?
While reviewing our clients policies, we regularly see restrictive limits to coverages for perils like "water damage" claims (Water is the most common and destructive peril). Jasper Private Insurance Consultants will take the time to provide education and consultation about what impact these restrictions could have on your claim and make suggestions how to get coverage reinstated or restore full coverage Sewer Backup, Overland & Ground Water when/where available. This could be as simple as asking the insurer to increase coverage or by recommending the install of risk mitigation systems to protect your assets.
I am tired of waiting on hold with my current insurance provider to speak with a call center agent who does not know my needs.
Jasper Private Insurance Consultant does not utilize automated telephony systems. Every representative that answers the phone is willing and eager to assist. We encourage a one-on-one agent / client interaction. In most cases, we know our clients on a "first name" basis. In many cases, we can provide assistance without having to wait on hold to speak with your insurer.
Having a Private Insurance Consultant sounds expensive, how do I know I am getting good value?
The immeasurable costs (time wasted, emotional impact and uncertainty) of enduring an uninsured / underinsured loss can be devastating. The answer is simple, we do not advertise, market or solicit for new business. We do not pay referrals fees, nor do we have sales lead generation programs. Jasper Private Insurance Consultants grows via organic referrals from our existing client base of professional and responsible families and business owners. Our customers are our best advocates.
I heard that dealing directly with an insurance company (Direct model)Â leads to the lowest rates?
While this seems logical, dealing direct with inexperienced call-center agents, could lead to coverages being overlooked and inflexible underwriting, if your needs do not match what is being offered. Direct Writers can only sell "their own product". I am interested in the serviced Jasper Private Insurance Consultants offers, how do we get started?
Getting a quote from our office is simple and easy. We ask for copies of all of your current insurance policies, (Home, Auto, even Commercial), a list of all items not currently insured and we ask for photos of all drivers' licenses. Once we have an opportunity to review everything, we take care of the rest.
Can I keep some of my policies insured elsewhere but still work with Jasper Private Insurance Consultants?
Absolutely, in fact Jasper Private Insurance Consultants does not sell or place insurance with any insurance carrier. We act exclusively as "consultants" on behalf of our clients. This allows us to act as your impartial, independent insurance professional.
We do have a strict company policy that we must be able to review all of your insurance products before a professional assessment can be made. We believe the practice of using different unrelated insurers increases the risk of having an uninsured loss.
I was referred to your office for an insurance review but I don't consider my home or autos to be "High Value", can I still use the services of Jasper Private Insurance Consultants?
